PALM BAY, Fla. — A 19-year-old music contractor who worked within Brevard Public Schools has been arrested and charged with multiple felony sex offenses involving a student at Bayside High School, according to court records and information provided by Palm Bay police.
Brandon Charles Foreman, 19, was arrested on January 9 at Southwest Middle School by the Palm Bay Police Department. Foreman is facing 11 felony charges, including lewd or lascivious molestation of a minor between the ages of 12 and 16 and unlawful solicitation of sexual conduct by an authority figure, according to records filed with the Brevard County Clerk of Courts.
Court documents show the alleged offenses occurred on or about December 6, 2025.

Contractor Role and Access to Students
According to a Palm Bay Police source, Foreman initially worked as a Florida Public Schools contractor providing percussion instruction before later becoming a lead instructor approximately one year later. During that time, Foreman conducted private music lessons with students on school grounds. Parents were reportedly aware that private lessons were occurring, police said. Records from BPS show he also was contracted with Southwest Middle School.

The police source stated that Foreman admitted to an inappropriate relationship with a student, describing conduct that included kissing and fondling.
The student involved has not been identified, and no details have been released that would identify the minor.
District Notification and Permanent Ban
In a message sent to families, Brevard Public Schools confirmed Foreman had taught percussion at three district schools and stated that he has been permanently barred from working in any capacity with Brevard Public Schools.
The district advised parents seeking additional information to contact the Palm Bay Police Department.
Charges and Court Proceedings
According to the clerk’s records, Foreman is charged with:
- Ten counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim ages 12 to 16 by an offender over 18
- One count of unlawful solicitation of sexual conduct by an authority figure
All charges are second-degree felonies under Florida law.
Foreman appeared for an initial appearance on January 10, where a judge found probable cause and set bond. An arraignment is scheduled for February 3, 2026, at the Moore Justice Center.
Ongoing Investigation
The case remains active, and the arrest affidavit is listed as viewable in the court docket. Law enforcement has not indicated whether additional victims are being investigated.
As with all criminal cases, Foreman is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
