1. Agreement to Promote: By submitting this application, the organization (“Partner”) agrees to provide The Space Coast Rocket (“Publication”) with the necessary materials and information required for the promotion of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, event details, logos, and any other promotional content requested by the Publication.
2. Media Sponsorship Acknowledgment: The Partner agrees to acknowledge The Space Coast Rocket as a media sponsor in all event materials where sponsorships are listed, including but not limited to event programs, websites, social media, and press releases. The Partner will also provide the Publication with proof of such acknowledgment upon request.
3. Complimentary Tickets: If complimentary tickets to the event are offered as part of the partnership, the Partner agrees to provide these tickets to The Space Coast Rocket in a timely manner. The number of tickets and the method of delivery will be agreed upon in advance.
4. Content Rights: The Partner grants The Space Coast Rocket the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display any provided materials related to the event for promotional purposes. The Partner ensures that all materials provided are free of any intellectual property rights infringements.
5. Termination of Partnership: Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. If the partnership is terminated, the Partner agrees to cease using The Space Coast Rocket’s name and logo in any further promotional materials.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Space Coast Rocket will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the media partnership. The Partner assumes full responsibility for any claims or liabilities resulting from their event or promotional activities.
7. Modification of Terms: The Space Coast Rocket reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Partner will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the partnership will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to this partnership shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
