Promotion recognizes Williams’ role in agency growth and his deepening ties to Florida’s Space Coast business community

Indian Harbour Beach, FL – March 31, 2026 – Cowbell Agency, a full-service digital and integrated marketing agency serving the Space Coast and beyond, has promoted Sean Williams to Partner and Vice President of Business Development, effective April 1, 2026. Williams, who joined the agency in August 2023 as Vice President of Strategic Marketing, has been a driving force behind its expansion through multichannel marketing strategies, brand development, and strategic partnerships.

In his new role, Williams will lead business development efforts while continuing to shape client strategy across industries. His work has strengthened Cowbell Agency’s standing in Florida’s Space Coast economy — a region defined by its aerospace sector, emerging tech community, and close-knit business culture.

“Sean’s leadership and creativity have been genuinely transformative for this agency,” said Adam Latham, Managing Partner and Creative Director. “Making him a Partner reflects both what he’s built here and our shared ambition for what comes next on the Space Coast.”

Williams brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and business development. A Space Coast transplant from Las Vegas who arrived in 2022 with his family in tow, he has become one of the region’s most active business advocates. He currently serves as Incoming Chairman of the Board (2025–2026) for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce — following terms as Vice Chair and Executive Board member — and has received the Chamber’s “Above and Beyond Award” for exceptional service.

Williams was also appointed by Brevard County Commissioner Kim Adkinson (District 3) to the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, where he contributed to efforts to attract investment and support growth in the aerospace, technology, and startup sectors. Commissioner Adkinson described him as “an ideal fit to represent the business and economic needs of District 3.” He additionally serves on the Tourism Development Council Marketing Committee and Beach Improvement Committee, and has held leadership roles with the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses (FAVOB) and hospitality and chamber organizations in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In his free time, Sean enjoys traveling with his partner Jennifer and their two children. He also loves taking the family out on the boat to enjoy the beautiful waterways and scenery of Florida’s Space Coast.
