The primary purpose of this meeting is for local government entities, businesses, organizations, and citizens to have the opportunity to share with the delegation issues that are of the most importance to them.
This year’s meeting will be 100% virtual. Delegation Chair Rene Plascencia will be reaching out to everyone that wants to attend this event with specific instructions and login information for the event along with a time window for those interested in speaking who register at the link.
Please be on the lookout for that information 72 hours before the meeting. All handouts and any information to provide the delegation will be due by Monday January 4th, 2021 at 5 pm so that we have time to forward it to the delegation.
