Palm Bay Police and Fire save dozens of homes from brush fire

Published on

Both Palm Bah police and Fire Department are actively fighting a brush fire that started on the block of Titan and Fiske Rd in south east Palm Bay.

High winds and dry conditions allowed the fire to quickly spread, jumping across the street, endangering the surrounding homes. This is the second fire at the same location in just 3 shifts according to a fire fighter on the scene.

Police quickly blocked the street off and assisted the Fire Department, quickly detaining the fire before it got even more out of hand.

Many units are still on the scene fighting the blaze and ensuring the safety of the citizens.

This is a breaking story.
