In an email to the Palm Bay City Council tonight, Palm Bay City Manager Lisa Morrell responded to Mayor Capote’s letter of no confidence asking that she tender her resignation. The email is posted below.

Councilman Brian Anderson posted the email with his own comments on Facebook.
