COCOA BEACH MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING LARGE JUVENILE HOUSE PARTY

On March 29, 2025, at approximately 11:26 p.m., officers with the Cocoa Beach Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Capri Road following reports of a large gathering involving juveniles. Additionally, authorities received information that one of the attendees may have been in possession of a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers discovered approximately 50 juveniles in attendance. The homeowner was located inside the residence. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that he had knowingly allowed the party to take place.

As a result, the homeowner identified as Mark Reisinger, 56, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested and charged with one count of hosting an open house party. During the arrest, he resisted officers, leading to an additional charge of resisting an officer without violence.
