Political, civic, or community experience
I currently serve as a Palm Bay City Councilman, where I have worked to improve public safety, infrastructure, fiscal responsibility, and transparency in local government. Beyond City Hall, I am a husband, father, church elder, youth mentor, and founder of community organizations dedicated to leadership development and serving at-risk youth. I have served on numerous local and state boards focused on transportation, affordable housing, economic development, and municipal policy. My passion has always been bringing people together, solving problems, and serving Palm Bay with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to leaving our community better than I found it.
1. Why are you running?
I am running for re-election because I believe public office is about service, not status. Palm Bay is where my family lives, worships, and serves, and I care deeply about the future of our city.

Over the past several years, I have worked to be accessible, ask tough questions, and make decisions that put residents first. While we’ve made progress, there is still important work ahead. We must continue improving infrastructure, supporting public safety, managing growth responsibly, and protecting taxpayers while creating opportunities for future generations.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I will always be willing to listen, learn, and work hard on behalf of our community. My commitment remains the same as when I first took office: to serve Palm Bay with integrity, humility, and a servant’s heart.

2. What are your top three priorities if elected?
My first priority is ensuring Palm Bay remains a safe community by supporting our police officers, firefighters, and first responders. Public safety is the foundation of a thriving city.
Second, we must address infrastructure by improving roads, drainage, water and sewer capacity, and traffic flow so growth does not outpace our ability to serve residents.
Third, I want to protect affordability by promoting responsible growth, attracting quality jobs, supporting homeownership, and being a good steward of taxpayer dollars. Every budget decision should reflect the values of the families who work hard to call Palm Bay home.
My commitment is to make decisions that improve quality of life today while preparing our city for the next generation.
3. What is the single biggest problem facing the people this office serves, and how would you address it?
The biggest challenge facing Palm Bay is keeping infrastructure and city services ahead of our rapid growth. Residents experience this every day through traffic congestion, drainage concerns, increasing utility demands, and rising costs.
I believe we must ensure infrastructure keeps pace with development by making strategic investments in roads, water and sewer systems, drainage improvements, and traffic management. Development should contribute its fair share toward the infrastructure it requires, while we aggressively pursue state and federal funding to reduce the burden on local taxpayers.
At the same time, we must continue operating city government efficiently, evaluating new technologies, eliminating waste, and making every tax dollar count.
Palm Bay has tremendous potential. By planning ahead instead of reacting after problems arise, we can preserve our quality of life while creating opportunities for future generations.
4. How will you keep constituents informed and involved in your decisions?
I believe the best decisions are made by listening to the people they affect. I will continue being accessible through community meetings, neighborhood events, social media, phone calls, emails, and one-on-one conversations. I regularly encourage residents to contact me directly because every voice matters. My commitment is to remain transparent, explain my decisions, and seek input before major votes whenever possible. Public service is about building trust, and that starts with being available, listening with respect, and ensuring residents always have a seat at the table.
5. Why are you a better choice than your opponents?
I have great respect for anyone willing to serve our community. What sets me apart is a proven record of service, experience, and accessibility. Over the past several years, I have worked to make thoughtful, informed decisions while remaining available to residents and responsive to their concerns. I believe leadership is about listening, asking tough questions, and finding practical solutions—not seeking headlines or personal recognition. As a husband, father, church elder, and current Councilman, I understand the responsibility of public service and remain committed to fiscal responsibility, public safety, infrastructure, and preserving Palm Bay’s quality of life. I would be honored to continue earning the trust of the people I serve.
6. Is there anything in your past you’d like to address up front, in your own words?
Like many people, my life has included mistakes that I’m not proud of and decisions that did not reflect the man I strive to be today. I take full responsibility for those choices, and I don’t make excuses for them.
Two years ago, I fully surrendered my life to Jesus Christ, and that decision has transformed every area of my life. While none of us are perfect, I have experienced God’s grace, forgiveness, and the opportunity to begin again. Since then, I have dedicated myself to serving my family, my faith, and the people of Palm Bay with integrity, humility, and purpose.
I don’t claim to be a perfect person but I simply strive to be a faithful one. My hope is that the same light and grace Christ has shown me can shine through my life as I serve others and encourage anyone who believes their past defines their future. I believe redemption is real, and I work every day to live in a way that honors God and earns the trust of this community.
7. Anything else you’d like voters to know?
Serving Palm Bay has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Every decision I make is guided by one question: “Will this make Palm Bay a better place for our children and grandchildren?” I will continue working to keep our neighborhoods safe, strengthen our local economy, improve infrastructure, and ensure government remains transparent and accountable. Whether you voted for me before or not, I will continue serving every resident with respect, integrity, and an open door. I would be grateful for the opportunity to continue serving as your Palm Bay City Councilman.
