A 2015 Honda CR-V hit the Corolla, forcing it off the roadway. A 2025 Toyota Corolla struck the disabled Impala. A 2013 Volvo XC60 and a 2026 Honda Civic collided in the center lane. A 2017 Ford Escape struck the Volvo.
In total, eight vehicles were involved in the deadly crash.
