John Delage, 57, Ormond Beach, has been charged with 40 counts of possession of s*xual performance by a child. Delage was taken into custody Friday evening at the American Legion Post in Ormond Beach, where he is the commanding officer. Staff cooperated fully with deputies who arrived to make the arrest.
