On Saturday January 10th 2026 at 0940 hours, Titusville Police Department responded to the 400 block of Main Street after receiving reports of graffiti related vandalism to multiple properties that occurred between the overnight hours of January 9th-January 10th, 2026. As officers began to investigate, more businesses owners and employees in the downtown area of Titusville began arriving for work and noticing the graffiti related vandalism on their respective properties.
Multiple businesses were tagged with graffiti that read “roselovenevergiveup” “roselove88” “rose” and other various tags.
One business in the 300 block of S Washington Avenue was equipped with surveillance cameras that captured the suspect, described as a middle age white female wearing a dark jacket with what appeared to be red hooded jacket, camouflage pants and black shoes. Working with the community and the available surveillance footage, officers were available to identify the suspect as Helenrose Daisy Moreno, 28 YOA, a transient person with ties to Miami and California.
