Roofing Contractor says Isnardi Solicited $25k Bribe for School Board Project In Writing

Thomas J. Bo submitted a bid for a roofing contract of a local elementary school. He says shortly after he was contacted by David Isnardi who presented himself as County Commissioner Andy Anderon’s Chief of Staff. He went on to say that if he wanted to be awarded the contract, that he would have to agree to paying Isnardi a percentage of the contract.

He then asked to use Bo’s computer and actually typed a contract for the bribe. The investigative report is show below.
