Palm Bay to Honor Veterans with Annual Parade on November 8

PALM BAY, Fla. — The City of Palm Bay will host its annual Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 8, at 10 a.m., inviting residents and visitors to come together in gratitude and celebration of the nation’s veterans.

The parade, a long-standing community tradition, will begin at the Tony Rosa Community Center and proceed east along Port Malabar Boulevard before concluding at Veterans Memorial Park. Prime viewing areas will be available along the route, especially in front of Veterans Memorial Park, where the procession will wrap up with tributes to local veterans and their families.

City officials say the parade serves as a heartfelt salute to the courage, service, and sacrifice of America’s veterans.

To ensure a safe and smooth event, attendees are encouraged to arrive by 9 a.m. to secure their spots. Port Malabar Boulevard will be closed in both directions between Clearmont Street and Bianca Drive NE starting at 9 a.m., with the parade expected to conclude by 11 a.m. Roads will reopen once pedestrian traffic and cleanup are complete.

The city is also inviting local businesses, community organizations, military groups, and clubs to participate in the parade. There is no registration fee, and participation offers an opportunity for groups to show appreciation for veterans and demonstrate community pride.
