According to a probable cause affidavit, officers responded to the Palm Bay Police Department on August 2, 2025, after a woman filed a complaint under Marsy’s Law, seeking confidentiality. The woman reported that a man at a residence on Alhambra Road SE had on multiple occasions stood in front of his home nude and masturbated. She also provided police with video evidence of the incidents.

The first video, recorded March 12 at 2:01 a.m., allegedly shows the man sitting in front of the house masturbating. Additional videos taken on other dates reportedly depict similar behavior, including one incident on August 2 at approximately 2 p.m. The victim told officers she was afraid the man would recognize her and therefore had not confronted him directly.

Upon reviewing the footage, police say they observed a white male wearing a black thong and boots exiting the residence, exposing his genitals and engaging in sexual activity. The man was identified as Jason Blair Craig, 49, based on his distinctive tattoos — a cross on his chest, tribal ink on his right shoulder, and other identifiable markings.

When officers went to the home, Craig reportedly answered the door wearing the same black thong and boots seen in the videos. After being asked to step outside, he was taken into custody, advised of his rights, and declined to speak to officers post-Miranda.

Craig was charged with one count of indecent exposure, given a $500 bond, and booked into the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. He has a mandatory court appearance scheduled at the Viera Courthouse.
