According to the Florida Department of Education’s Office of Inspector General, they have reviewed several complaints and allegations from staff at Odyssey Charter Jr/Sr High School, and others. A criminal complaint involving fraud, waste, and financial mismanagement is also being initiated.

Several staff members are also in communication with legal counsel regarding violations of 112.3187-112.31895, Florida Statutes (also known as the “Whistle-blower’s Act”).
