According to his LinkedIn account, Kyle is a graduate of the Christian-based Liberty University with a Bachelor’s of Christian Ministry. He also lists himself as the Director of Operations for Sani Effect Environmental.

According to the arrest affidavit, the molestation had been going on for years with over 100 acts of abuse. The unidentified male in the report, described graphic details of the alleged abuse, and even began keeping a digital log of the events that often happened while visiting other cities on trips with Kyle.

The boy described that while traveling, Kyle would book hotel rooms with only one bed, forcing them to sleep together, where the abuse allegedly would take place. He states that Kyle would force him to masturbate along with him, at times assisting him until they both ejaculated.

Child Protective Services coordinated with West Melbourne Police and conducted a controlled call between the victim and Kyle. He became suspicious that the victim was not alone and asked that he Facetime with him to prove he was alone which the victim refused. Kyle repeatedly expressed the importance of not telling anyone about the abuse, as it would result in him going to prison for a long time, and that it is in the past so they should just “move on” from it.

During the call, the detective noted that not once did Kyle ever refute or deny the allegations. The results of the investigation concluded that there was enough probable cause to arrest Kyle for Lewd or Lascivious Molestation (Felony) and Lewd or Lascivious Conduct Victim under 16 years old (Felony).

After making bond, Kyle immediately deactivated his Facebook account. It was reported to us that an announcement of the arrest was made by the church during service last Sunday, and that Kyle is no longer on staff there.
