In a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Investigative Report, it is found that former Director of the Palm Bay Bayfront Community Redevelopment Agency (BCRA), James Marshall had information pertaining to the allegations and charges of the David Isnardi case and other elected officials.
The BCRA was mentioned in our previous article where one of the Commissioners “Gene” allegedly sexually assaulted a dancer at the strip club Pin Ups in Palm Bay.
The information Marshall provided with investigators is shown in the documents below. The redacted portions are part of another story we will be publishing later.
