Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) expressed his objection to new House rules requiring all members wear either N95 of KN95 masks in order to access the House floor. According to reports from his colleagues, Posey recently just recovered from COVID-10 himself.
Members of the House of Representatives were provided with the KN95 masks to wear on the chamber floor with “MADE IN CHINA” stamped on the side.
The House physician recently ordered lawmakers to replace their cloth masks with N95 or KN95 masks to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 omicron variant. The masks were delivered to member offices from the Office of the Attending Physician.

Posey went further on his Twitter feed, emphasizing that a business in Florida is one of the leading suppliers of the masks in the country.
