Disturbing details revealed in the arrest affidavit of Anthony Gonzales, a now former Titusville High School girls Soccer coach and his sexual relationship with a girl on the team. He has been arrested on 7 counts of sexual battery of a child. Gonzales is married, and has multiple young children. He’s currently being held at the Brevard County Jail on $245,000 bond.

On 08/09/2023, I began investigating a suspicious incident alleging an inappropriate relationship between Anthony Gonzales, the defendant and a Titusville High School student. During my investigation, I obtained video evidence of the defendant in the backseat of his vehicle at Chain of Lakes Park with the child victim.The (redacted) questioned the defendant and child victim as to why they were in the backseat of his car. The defendant responded by saying they were “talking.”
On 08/10/2023, I obtained the child victim’s cellphone. searched the cell phone with consent and located numerous messages where the defendant and victim professed their love for each other. I also observed text messages from the two stating how much they “wanted” each other.
