BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) released the following statement regarding the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a historic figure in modern American history, and we offer our sincere condolences to her family and loved ones,” said Congressman Posey.

“It’s the responsibility of the President and the U.S. Senate to determine the timing for moving forward with a replacement.”
