“There are 21,265 voters eligible to vote on November 2nd. Although voter turnout is historically lower in Municipal and Special District elections, it’s important to remember these are the elections that tend to touch our lives on a daily basis. My staff and I look forward to seeing Brevard’s eligible voters at the polls on November 2nd,” said Lori Scott, Supervisor of Elections.

Supervisor Scott would like to remind voters the deadline to register to vote for the November 2nd Municipal and Special District election, also known as book closing, is October 4 at 5 p.m.

To ensure voters are “election ready,” they can register to vote or update their voter registration online at VoteBrevard.gov or in person at any of the four administrative offices.

Military and Overseas mail ballots were sent on Friday, September 17. Domestic mail ballots will be sent on Thursday, September 30. The last day to request a mail ballot be sent is 5 p.m. Saturday, October 23.

Beginning on October 1, drop boxes for voted mail ballots will be available at all four Supervisor of Elections administrative offices. Drop boxes will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sample ballots for 2021 Municipal and Special District Election are available on VoteBrevard.gov and will be mailed to all registered voters eligible to vote in this election the week of October 25.
