Cocoa, Florida – In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Omega Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., has partnered with Eastern Florida State College, Junior Achievement Space Coast, We Venture, and Career Source Brevard to host the 2023 “EmpowHERment” Summit for Women and Girls, to be held on March 25, 2023, from 9:00 AMto 4:00 PM, at Eastern Florida State College, Cocoa campus building 3.

This summit aims to inspire and empower women and girls to reach their full potential by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from and network with successful women leaders in various industries, engage in interactive micro-workshops, and participate in thought-provoking discussions.Each age group will have a tailored agenda for the day.  Some of the topics that will be covered at the summit include:

• Confidence and Conflict Management

• Domestic Violence Awareness

“Our Empowerment Summit for Women and Girls is a platform to learn, connect, and grow,” said Cornelia Cadore, the president of the Omega Omicron Zeta Chapter.  “It is important that we create a safe space where women and girls can come together to discuss the issues that affect them and be inspired by the stories of women who have succeeded despite the challenges they have faced.”

The summit is open to women and girls ages 6 and up, backgrounds, and experiences.  Tickets are absolutely free; all you need to do is sign up.
