Melbourne Schedules Special Council Meeting on Homelessness and Panhandling

City of Melbourne Mayor Paul Alfrey announced a special city council meeting today on his facebook page to address the issues of homelessness and panhandling within the city.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 4th at 530pm at the city council chambers.
