Brevard County, Fla. – A 63-year-old Cocoa man was killed Friday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on Beach Road near Titusville, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

The crash happened at around 6:24 a.m. when the driver of a 2017 Chevy Silverado, traveling westbound on Beach Road east of Titusville Road, veered into the eastbound lanes for unknown reasons. The Silverado sideswiped a 2017 Ford F-250 before continuing forward and colliding with two other pickup trucks — a 2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and a 2011 Ford F-250.

Troopers say the Silverado’s driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin.

The driver of the Ford F-250 (vehicle two), a 60-year-old man from Liberty, Tennessee, was not injured. The driver of the Dodge Ram (vehicle three), a 51-year-old man from Clewiston, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The fourth vehicle, a Ford F-250 driven by a 60-year-old Titusville man, also sustained heavy impact. Both he and his passenger, a 56-year-old man from Mims, were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
