Steffany Spratling posted on facebook about an unwelcomed visitor to her front door last night.

“Just wanted to give a shout out to our Rockledge Police Department ! My dog alerted us at 2 am that we had a visitor. I called the non emergency line at 2:06 and they came out in minutes and a trapper came out right after. Never in my life have I had to call the police and never thought this would be the reason why!

The gator apparently was trying to reach them about their extended car warranty.
