WATCH: Democrat Chair Nikkie Fried and Senate Leader Lauren Book arrested

The newly elected Chair of the Florida Democratic Party, and Florida Senate Minority Leader Lauren Book were both arrested tonight in Tallahassee.

They were among other protestors outside of city hall in Tallahassee protesting the new 6-week abortion ban just passed by the Florida Senate.

The protestors were warned by police that they’d be arrested if they didn’t leave.
