VIDEO: Police respond to reports of student with gun on bus from Tropical elementary

Today, a school bus leaving Tropical Elementary in Merritt Island pulled over to wait for law enforcement after it was reported that a student had a gun on the bus.

In a video, about a dozen Brevard County Deputies and Cocoa Police can be seen responding to the incident in a vacant parking lot.

As of 3:53pm it was determined by law enforcement that there was no threat, and the bus resumed its route.

It is not clear who initially reported the incident.
