Two Suspects Charged with Fentanyl and Solicitation for Prostitution

On Wednesday August 20th, 2025, at approximately 4:20PM, Titusville Police Department Detectives arrested two Titusville residents for drug and solicitation charges. The investigation began after Detectives uncovered evidence of a solicitation for prostitution, which then led to the seizure of the dangerous street drug Fentanyl.

James Saunders of Titusville solicited sex to a male undercover detective and then went and purchased Fentanyl in the presence of the detective near the 700 block of Deleon Ave. Detectives were able to arrest both Saunders and Calease Jordan, who had sold Fentanyl to Saunders. Also seized from Jordan’s person upon her arrest was 8.6 grams of Fentanyl.

Arrested: James Saunders, 11/15/1988, of Palmetto St. Titusville, was charged with:

• 1 Count Solicitation of Prostitution

• 1 Count of Sale of Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)

Arrested: Calease Jordan, 4/02/1972, of Titusville, was charged with:

• 1 Count of Trafficking Fentanyl (4 grams or more)

Both Saunders and Jordan are being held at the Brevard County Detention Center. Saunders is held on a $25,500 dollar bond while Jordan is being held on a $150,000 dollar bond

“This case highlights the critical importance of our Special Investigations Section and their ability to protect the public”, said Major Jeremy Gonzalez. “Our detectives put a priority on drug related crimes as fentanyl is one of the deadliest drugs plaquing our community.
