Two People Found Dead Inside Palm Bay Home; 1-Year-Old Child Also Reportedly Present

Palm Bay, Fla. — Palm Bay Police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a residence along Wildbriar Road at the Ascent of Palm Bay Apartment Complex on Sunday evening.
According to a statement from the Palm Bay Police Department, officers were called to the home after receiving reports of an incident. Upon arrival, they discovered two deceased individuals inside. Authorities have not yet released the victims’ identities or the manner of death.

Police stated the incident appears to be isolated to the residence, and that there is no threat to the public. Detectives remained on scene for several hours into the night as the investigation continued.
Scanner traffic from earlier in the day indicated that individuals inside the home had reportedly been drinking alcohol and using cocaine prior to the incident. Additionally, a 1-year-old child was reportedly in the home at the time. The child’s condition and current location have not been publicly confirmed.
