**MOTHER FINDS HER CHILDREN SHOT TO DEATH WHILE ARRIVING FOR CUSTODY PICKUP IN COCOA**According to police, Olivia Piccolo arrived at the home of her children's father Wednesday afternoon to pick up her kids for her scheduled time-sharing. Police say the front door was partially ajar when she arrived, and when she walked inside, she found her 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter shot to death. The children's father, Joseph Kyle Dingwall, was also found dead. Police believe he shot the children earlier that morning before turning the gun on himself.Police say officers had responded to the residence 11 times in the past, including one call involving an apparent suicide threat.A neighbor who lives across the street shared security video with the media showing a man police identified as Dingwall pacing in the front yard just after midnight Wednesday. The neighbor said he then heard what sounded like two gunshots but did not contact law enforcement. Cocoa's police chief confirmed the department received no calls until the mother's frantic 911 call that afternoon.A link to a fundraiser for the family has been provide#brevardcountyn#cocoaB#SpaceCoastNewsocoa #SpaceCoastNews ...
