Sheriff’s Office Announces the Passing of K-9 Junny

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is profoundly saddened to announce the passing of Sheriff Ivey’s dedicated and loyal companion, K-9 Junny, earlier this evening.  Commander K-9 Junny was originally gifted to the Sheriff’s Office by the Jimmy Ryce Center to search for abducted and lost children. Junny will be forever remembered as an ambassador for the protection of children and pets.

A memorial service will be announced in the near future.
