Rockledge Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Lori Wilson Park

On March 22, 2025, Cocoa Beach Police officers arrested Christopher Persen of Rockledge on two counts of Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Lori Wilson Park, located at 1500 North Atlantic Avenue.
The incident took place on January 29, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM. Two adult female victims reported that a black SUV parked next to their vehicle with its door open. Inside the SUV, Persen was allegedly naked and masturbating while making eye contact with the victims.
