Rockledge Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Lori Wilson Park

On March 22, 2025, Cocoa Beach Police officers arrested Christopher Persen of Rockledge on two counts of Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Lori Wilson Park, located at 1500 North Atlantic Avenue.

The incident took place on January 29, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM. Two adult female victims reported that a black SUV parked next to their vehicle with its door open. Inside the SUV, Persen was allegedly naked and masturbating while making eye contact with the victims.

🚨 Laura Forczyk Arrested Again After Recently Regaining Access to Children; 1-year-old Drowns🚨Laura Forczyk, who was arrested again yesterday after recently being granted renewed access to her children by the court. According to a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation, officers responded yesterday after her one year old was found unresponsive in a backyard pool. The child was pulled from the water by officers and CPR was performed before being transported to Arnold Palmer Hospital. The doctor there reports that miraculously the child was awake and alert.This latest arrest comes while a prior criminal case against both Laura Forczyk and her husband, Nathan Forczyk, remains active in Brevard County.According to Palm Bay Police and court records, the couple was originally arrested in September 2025 after officers responding alongside the Department of Children and Families discovered multiple children allegedly locked inside separate bedrooms without access to food, water, containing only a child-sized potty training toilet. They have 6 children with one on the way.Investigators reported the home was in severe disrepair, with exposed electrical wiring and strong odors of urine and feces throughout the residence. Police said the living conditions were unsafe and hazardous to the children’s health. Both parents were charged with multiple counts of felony child neglect, and the case is still pending in court.Court filings later show bond conditions were modified, allowing Laura Forczyk contact with the children again earlier this month.According to police, all children are currently in DCF custody.The new arrest comes as the family has also been raising thousands of dollars through an online GoFundMe fundraiser that does not reference the pending criminal case or prior arrests.The investigation remains ongoing.Should courts reconsider reunification decisions in cases involving prior neglect allegations?Should donors be informed when active criminal cases exist?Share your thoughts. ...
