I never thought I would have to post something like this. Our family is asking for your help. My son, Kaleb Fitzpatrick is missing. He was last seen Friday, March 3rd at Rockledge High School. He left school during 2nd period and has not been seen or heard from since.

Kaleb is 15 years old. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5’4” and weighs around 130 pounds. Kaleb has type 1 diabetes and uses an insulin pump. He may be out of insulin today or tomorrow. Without insulin, Kaleb’s blood sugar will continue to rise causing extreme health issues and ultimately a coma and death.

Please keep an eye out for him and contact the police if you see him. If any of you work in the local hospitals, please keep an eye out for someone matching his description. I have attached the most recent picture I have of him from February 10th.

Please pray for him.
