Merritt Island Teens Charged with Vehicle Burglary

A teen male and female of Merritt Island were charged with vehicle burglary Saturday evening, January 21, at about 10:00 P.M.

Cocoa Beach Police responded to the 4000 block of Ocean Beach Blvd regarding suspicious persons in the parking area of a condominium complex, and determined a couple of vehicles had been entered nearby at the Sea Oats Condos, 4570 Ocean Beach Blvd.

Officers Matt Lafleur and Robert Hill located the teens who matched the description given by a complainant. Further investigation, as well as a positive identification by a witness, led to the teens being charged with burglary.
