With the assistance of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Detectives with the Cocoa Beach Police Department have arrested William Edward Russell Jr. (no address) for his involvement in an incident that occurred earlier today at Lori Wilson Park.
Mr. Russell Jr. is officially charged with:
Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
Attempted Sexual Battery
False Imprisonment
