Dr. Harris’ arrest was captured on video by students who witnessed it at the Wawa gas station in North Wicham Rd.

According to some parents, they state that he was coming from a school sporting event, but we have not been able to independently verify that information. However, multiple witnesses claim he was present at the event right before the 8pm arrest on Friday.

Several former teachers have also stated that they’ve personally observed Dr. Harris appear to be heavily intoxicated while at school.

According to the arrest affidavit, officers observed him illegal parked at the Wawa, and was sounding his horn at another motorist.

Police say when they approached his vehicle, his eyes were blood shot and watery, slurred speech, with the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.

They also state his car was in drive and running.

Harris failed the field sobriety tests, and refused the breathalyzer.

The next day, Jenifer Born was observed traveling down US1 repeatedly crossing the solid white line of the bicycle lane.

The deputy states that it took a while to pull her over, and she didn’t do so until he activated his sirens.

During the traffic stop, the report states her eyes were bloodshot and glassy, with slurred speech and an alcohol odor coming from the vehicle.

She also failed her field sobriety test and agreed to a breathalyzer. She blew a 0.146, nearly twice the legal limit, and was placed under arrest.

Both administrators are currently on administrative leave pending the investigation.
