Court records reveal a disturbing history of stalking, harassment, and revenge porn allegations against Barber, filed by his ex-girlfriend. Despite being under a restraining order, Barber was caught on surveillance sneaking around her property, tampering with her vehicle, and even covering doorbell cameras with tape.

Barber, who voluntarily resigned from BCSO in 2022, was recently arrested for attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools. He was seen driving Kirk’s vehicle the day she was reported missing.
