Tonight, Chief Petty Officer Joesph Stokes, a Naval Sea Cadet and 17 y.o. student at MCC, will be presenting an initiative to create a “Military Tribute Banner” program in Palm Bay.

Chief Stokes is my appointee on the Youth Advisory Board (YAB). The YAB voted unanimously to support his proposal to city council and staff.
