Who or what inspires you to cook?
My inspiration to cook stems back to when I was a child, continuously watching my aunt Evelyn and my cousin Phyllis who were always in the kitchen. I’d watch them create meals and never really look at a recipe because it seemed they knew the ingredients, and the right amount for everything. What’s your all time favorite dish to make?
Awe that’s a tough one! I don’t necessarily have an all time favorite dish. I wanted to have versatility cooking everything, because not everyone wants to eat the same thing. If I really had to choose, I would say a nice steak topped with mushrooms, peppers, caramelized onions with a side of broccoli and a loaded baked potato. You know, pretty simple!
What would you do with the $25,000?
Wow! Winning this competition would definitely be a dream come true. I would invest part of the money, give my son what he needs, take care of some important things in life and I would also use a portion to start my catering business because everyone has to eat!
