The incident, which led to the involvement of local law enforcement and district security, ended with one student being taken into custody. Several other students were suspended in connection with the event. Although details remain scarce due to the ongoing investigation, the email confirmed multiple student sightings of the weapon on school grounds.

Principal Stewart expressed relief that no injuries occurred during the incident. “We take the safety of our students and staff seriously,” Stewart stated in the email, reassuring parents that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure the security of all children while at school.
