State Representative Randy Fine posted an email address to his facebook page for individuals to email and request a call back to set up an appointment for vaccination.

The Department of Health is requesting that you do not do that. They are currently having phone issues which is causing the delay, but leaving your information in an email as suggested will not necessarily result in a call back later, and you could miss out all together waiting for one.

Once the system is up and running, we will provide an update.
